Singer/songwriter/producer, Butch Walker, was a member of the band Marvelous 3 before leaving to produce hit records for artists such as The Donnas, Hot Hot Heat and SR-71. He couldn't stay behind the scenes for long and embarked on a solo career in 2000. Much like his work with Marvelous 3, Walker's solo work embodies his anti-conformist attitude and playful rock & roll swagger. His riff-based sound makes for fun and energetic '70s-inspired rock. His music blends classic rock and modern power pop with clever lyrics that touch on seamy side of fame and the music industry.
